Interviewed for CTV national news

11:01 am Previous Hurricanes Archive

I just finished a loooooong interview with a really nice crew from CTV news (Canadian national news channel). They asked a lot of great questions about Dean, Wilma, and the blog. Look for it on some local CTV news channels at 6:00 and nationwide at 11:00 for sure. There will be some sort of link on their website as well www.ctv.ca. I’d like to thank Tom, Denise, Rob and Enrique for being so lovely with me, they made it very easy to talk as much as I did. :)

If anyone can grab the broadcast and get it online, would be much appreciated my fellow Canadians!

Here’s the crew (and Max)

I will be checking around for info soon, need to take a lunch break.

We’ll never be able to live with her now! You go girl! Is our boy more of an international celeb, now? He’s come a long way from diaper art… I hope somebody captures that spot & youtube’s it! Wonder if CTV posts those online like Fox 26 did?

What did you say ?? Fill us in!! What’s it like down there?? Should I come on Monday like I’m suppose to or should I cancel. I have never been to Cancun before and I don’t want to be disappointed. HELP!!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Heh Heh…GREAT Tusker t-shirt!!! Love it! Really good beer from Kenya!

Sorry, off-topic, but just VERY relieved with the storm missing the heavily populated areas and keeping our vacation plans for Thursday intact!!! At least I think they’re intact based on stuff I’ve read!

Hope you guys are okay - blows me away you kept blogging - thanks for letting the rest of us know what’s happening there.

My little family and I just got back from a 10 day stay in Cancun - 2 weeks ago…loved it - just a little sad right now watching what is happening to you guys.

Interestingly, just for your info - tv just keeps regurgitating same old stuff - is it any wonder we’re all turning to Web & blogs…

Keep well and keep safe - thanks again

    Thanks

Saw your interview on CTV in Calgary. You did a nice job, especially explaining where the hurricane was in relation to Cancun.

It’s on the CTV website now.

Puerto Morelos is fine too. What a relief!
